existing problems, and problems that existed before, but which where
fixed in a previous problem. While PrintChef for the Mac has been in
operation since 1992, PrintChef for Windows was first released in
July 2000. Please feel free to report problems to technical support
using the problem report form.

New driver required
|
Problem:
|
When printing with
Stamps.com letter on legal, PrintChef gets
confused on the 2K system and sets the printed
output based on letter, not on legal.
|
Workaround:
|
This turns out to be a
problem with the HP 4050 Windows 2000 printer
driver. To solve this problem on the 2K system,
simply download the latest driver for the 4050
from HP or get the driver directly from MindGate's
web site at ftp://ftp.mindgate.com/p2m/HP4050PTMDriver.exe
and install the driver over the current one.
