return a product, you must first call for a "Return Authorization
Number" (RAN). Refunds are given for the product only and DO
NOT include shipping charges. This return policy does NOT
apply to networked units, which once activated by a license agreement,
cannot be revoked. |

Technical support
is free-of-charge to all registered customers and is not
limited to a specific time period. Technical support can involve
assistance in the creation of a printing style, but does not encompass the
technician creating a printing style for you. |
